How To Become CA(Chartered Accountant ) After 12th

How To Become CA(Chartered Accountant ) After 12th: Once a student has entered the 12th grade without the pressure of board tests, they face difficulty deciding their future career. A lack of knowledge may cause the student to choose subjects and careers that everyone around him chooses. This can lead to the overuse of talent and energy. Hence, students need to explore multiple career options.

This article will discuss how a student can become a Chartered Accountant in India. But before we get started, let us briefly consider what a Chartered Accountant (CA) does.

The CA focuses on the following areas – auditing and verification, accounting and reporting, accounting and expenditure, or tax. CAS can work directly with the company or take on clients as part of the Chartered Accountancy firms.

In India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is an official body established by an Act of Parliament, viz. The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No. XXVIII 1949) regulates the work of Chartered Accountancy in the country.

ICAI is also responsible for maintaining high standards in CA education.

For a student who wishes to enter the Chartered Accountancy program, students must register for the Foundation Course offered by the Institute after leaving the 12th-grade exams administered by a recognised Indian board of education. Students need to register until June 30 / December 31 to qualify for the November / May Foundation Course Examination.

Previously, ICAI held a Competitiveness Test (CPT) for admission to the CA course. Still, the foundation Course replaced the test under a new program.

Students need to complete four months of study at the Foundation Course and pass the exams.

Students who passed the Foundation exams moved to a middle course. Students must complete an 8-month study course on the first day of the month. An intermediate test will be held to qualify for the Intermediate Test.

CA students must complete a four-week Integrated Information Technology and Skills Skills (ICITSS) course in middle school before the article-based training.

Those who qualify for the Intermediate exam then join the final study. In the final course, students must undertake an Integrated Four Weekly Advanced Course in Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) within the last two years of practical training but before appearing for the final exam.

Article-based training for 3 years and a CA student may appear in the final CA exam after completing an article-based training or working for the last 6 months of the subject training. Students who cancel the Final CA exams must register as a member of the ICAI to be nominated as a Chartered Accountant.

Alternative entry is a direct entry method available for commerce/postgraduates with 55% marks or other graduates with 60% marks. Such students may enrol directly in secondary school. Some situations are always the same.
